By placing an order with RBZ Apparels, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Custom Orders

All products are made according to the customer's selected design, colors, sizes, names, numbers, and other specifications. Please carefully review and approve all details before production.

Order Changes & Cancellation

Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible. For approved cancellations, any applicable refund will depend on the production status and customization involved.

Remake Policy

We will remake products in cases where we have made a manufacturing or customization error, such as:

• Incorrect team/player name or number
• Incorrect color or approved design
• Manufacturing defects

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are custom-made and personalized, customized, printed, embroidered, or specially made items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless the issue is caused by a manufacturing or customization error.

Sizing

Customers are responsible for providing correct measurements and selecting the appropriate size. Please check our size chart carefully before placing your order.
