Order Remake & Refund Policy – RBZ Apparel

At RBZ Apparel, we aim to provide top-quality products and exceptional service. Please review the following conditions for order remakes and refunds:

Conditions for Order Remakes

We will remake your order under the following circumstances:

1. The wrong color was sent.
2. Incorrect team name, player name, or number was printed.

Refund Conditions

Due to the personalized nature of our customized products, the following refund policies apply:

• Customized Products: These are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
• If you cancel your order after placement, we can refund 60% of the order value.

Non-Returnable/Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

1. Goods that have been embroidered, badged, or printed.
2. Items assembled according to your specific requirements.
3. Orders with inappropriate sizing, as these are based on customer selections.
